Community County Services, Inc. is a community based human services company.  Since the inception in June 2005, Community County Services, Inc. has contracted in four counties: Clearfield, Jefferson, Elk, and Cameron to offer Family Based Mental Health, Family Preservation/Reunification, Family Group Decision Making, Home Based Truancy, Aftercare, Pre-Delinquent Aftercare, and Delinquency Prevention.  

 

All services target high-risk families with children at risk for out of home placement or reunifying back home from placement. Community County Services, Inc. programs integrate with the broader system of family and community to achieve maximum outcomes to prevent out of home placement or higher levels of care.
